I would like to take this opportunity to share my excitement about my appointment as the Principal of Manual Academy.  I am honored that I have been selected to be the leader of a school with such a rich history.  

     I feel fortunate to be joining a school culture focused on student learning, a commitment to high expectations, innovation and collaboration.  It is my intent to continue to carry out these important traditions and practices. As Principal, it is my responsibility to ensure that your child receives a quality education within a safe and respectful environment.  The dedicated staff here at Manual share that same focus. 

      In closing, I want to affirm my believe in the home/school connection.  All of us working together only enhances your child’s educational experiences. So, please feel free to contact me throughout the school year by phone, email or by stopping by to address any questions, concerns, or just to introduce yourself.  I am looking forward to working with you and your child (children) this year.

     Student classroom assignments are determined in part by their NWEA test scores. So, please help your student/s understand that it is important that they do their best on these tests each time they are taken. 

     Together, this year we will accomplish great things!
