Strategic Plan

Instructional Objectives are the basic categories of actions PSD 150 must take in order to achieve its SMART GOALS.  Each SMART GOAL has a series of different Instructional Objectives within 5 categories.  In addition, each Instructional Objective listed below is linked to an established Operational Expectation.  For example, the following Instructional Objectives apply to SMART GOAL 1—by the year 2014, 70% of all PSD150 students will meet or exceed grade level standards in Reading.

Operational Objectives are those regular, ongoing tasks that PSD 150 must pay attention to in order for the organization to provide effective and efficient services to support instruction.  There are five Operating Objectives that support our three SMART GOALS:
