WHAT CSSS FACILITATORS CAN OFFER PSD 150 PRINCIPALS & STAFF
  • Support Universal Leadership Teams (ULT) to accomplish their major goals:
    • Review school wide data to identify needs
    • Structure job-embedded professional development (i.e. PD Wednesdays) to respond to the needs identified by the ULT's data analysis
    • Collaborate with building administrator to develop and monitor School Improvement Plan (SIP)
  • Support Grade Level Teams and other working teams (department, special subjects, etc.)
    • Review grade level/content area data, plan interventions, set up progress monitoring
    • Support implementation fidelity
    • Provide consultation regarding classroom management and behavioral interventions
  • Support Targeted Problem-Solving Teams
    • Support implementation of CSSS protocols including the problem-solving processprocedures, implementation integrity and use of forms
    • Collaborate on identifying appropriate goals, interventions and progress monitoring
  • Support PBIS Teams
    • Support implementation of PBIS
    • Participate in PBIS school wide planning meetings
    • Participate in school wide celebrations
    • Consult with administrators, PBIS teams, grade level teams and/or teachers
    • Provide resources (i.e. "Cool Tools" and more)
    • Support data analysis, problem solving and responding to data
