    On Wednesday, February 11th, selected students from Mr. Warner's orchestra class had the opportunity to watch, listen, observe, and interact, with Peoria Symphony's guest artist Mike Block. Mr. Block regularly performs with artists such as Will.i.am, Stevie Wonder, & Yo Yo Ma.

  • Carrie Cotton earns All-State Honors!

    Congratulations to PHS junior Carrie Conton! Carrie soared through through several difficult auditions and was selection to be part of the 2015 ILMEA All-State Honors Orchestra. This is Carrie's second year as an all-state musician. The performance included music from Mahler's 2nd Symphony conducted by Larry Livingston from the University of Southern California.   • The IHSA Boys Basketball State Tournament is fast approaching. The Lions begin their run on Tuesday, March 3rd against the Manual Rams. The game will be help at Canton High School. Game time is 7:30.
